1. General Terms
 

All payments for Engine Calculators are processed exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store. As developers, we do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves under any circumstances.
 

2. Refunds via Google Play and Apple App Store
 

Refunds must be requested directly through the store where the purchase was made:

• Google Play Store:
  Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. In most cases, refunds are available if the request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Google may review later requests on a case-by-case basis.
• Apple App Store:
  Apple processes refunds under its Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refund requests can be submitted via reportaproblem.apple.com.
   

3. No Refunds from the Developer
 

We do not have access to your payment or transaction details. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds directly.
All refund requests must go through the platform where the app was purchased.
 

4. Non-Refundable Situations
 

A refund may not be available if:

• You purchased the app by mistake but already used it.
• A significant amount of time has passed since the purchase.
• Your request does not meet the criteria of the store’s refund policy.

While we cannot process refunds ourselves, we are happy to help with technical issues or guide you on how to request a refund through the appropriate store.
