At Marine Solutions SDGroup, we use Fondy ( www.fondy.ua) as our third-party payment processor to handle all transactions for software licenses. As a result, all refund requests are subject to both our internal policy and the refund policy of Fondy. This document outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for Marine Survey software purchases.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are only available if permitted by Fondy’s refund policy.
The License Key must not have been activated for a refund to be considered.
If the License Key has been activated, refunds will only be granted in cases of verified technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
The License Key has already been activated.
The refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
You changed your mind or no longer need the software.
The software does not meet personal expectations but functions as described.
Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements.
The purchase was made by mistake or for the wrong version of the software.
Refunds are not available for Corporate Licenses, except in cases of verified technical failure.
Transactions are processed through Fondy www.fondy.ua, and refund requests must be submitted directly to us first. Before requesting a refund, we recommend contacting support@marinesurv.com for assistance with any technical issues.
To request a refund, send an email to support@marinesurv.com with the subject line: 'Refund Request – [Your Email]':
Name and email used for purchase.
Order ID or payment confirmation details.
Reason for the refund request.
Confirmation that the License Key has not been activated (if applicable).
Corporate customers should email sales@marinesurv.com to discuss refund eligibility.
Refunds for corporate purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Fondy’s refund policies.
Refunds, if approved, are processed through Fondy as per Fondy’s refund policy.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by Fondy or financial institutions.
3.1 If you experience technical issues, please contact support@marinesurv.com before requesting a refund.
3.2 Refunds for technical issues will only be considered if our support team is unable to resolve a verified issue that prevents the software from functioning
3.3. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues caused by:
Incompatible system configurations.
Failure to follow installation instructions.
User errors or misconfigurations.
4.1 Since all transactions are processed through Fondy (www.fondy.ua), all refund requests must comply with Fondy's refund policies.
4.2 We have no direct control over Fondy's refund approval process.
4.3 If a refund is issued, it will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5.1 If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your license may be permanently revoked, and your account may be blacklisted.
5.2 Fraudulent refund claims will be reported to Fondy and may affect future transactions.
