Thank you for purchasing Contract Tracker, a one-time payment mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. General Terms

All payments for Contract Tracker are processed solely through the Google Play and Apple App Store platforms. As the developer, we do not manage transactions directly, and therefore, we are not authorized to issue refunds ourselves.

2. Refunds via Google Play and Apple App Store

Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase occurred:

  • Google Play Store:
    Refunds are managed by Google in accordance with their refund policy. Typically, a refund may be granted if requested within 48 hours of the purchase. Google may consider longer timeframes depending on specific circumstances.
  • Apple App Store:
    Apple processes refunds based on their Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, users can visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. No Refunds from the Developer

We do not have access to your billing or payment details, and we are not able to issue refunds directly.
All refund inquiries must be addressed to the store where the purchase was made.

4. Cases Where Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be possible if:

  • The app was purchased by mistake but has already been used.
  • The request is made after a long delay from the original purchase date.
  • The situation does not meet the app store’s refund criteria.
