• This feature is entirely optional and requires explicit user permission.

Permissions Required

To enable backup functionality, the App may request the following permissions:

• Access to Google Drive – to upload and retrieve backup files.
• Internet access – to interact with Google Drive's API during backup and restore processes.

The App only accesses the storage necessary for saving and retrieving calculator backups. It does not access other files in Google Drive or collect additional data.

User Control and Security

• Backup files are stored within their personal Google Drive and are not accessible to us or any third parties.
• Users can delete their backup files directly from Google Drive whenever they choose.
• The App does not retain copies of backup files outside of Google Drive.

3. Third-Party Services

Other than Google Drive (used only if the user enables backups), the App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data.

If Google Drive is used, Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to backup files stored there. We recommend reviewing Google’s privacy practices to understand how your data is handled on their platform.

4. Data Protection and Security

Since we do not collect or store user data, there is no risk of unauthorized access from our side. However, we recommend the following security measures for users who enable Google Drive backups:

• Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for their Google account.
• Regularly review the stored backup files and delete any unnecessary data.
• Do not share Google account credentials with anyone.

As backups are stored in the user's Google Drive account, Google is responsible for securing stored data.

5. User Rights and Control

Users have full control over their data within the App, including backups stored in Google Drive.

• Right to Access – Users can access their backup files in Google Drive.
• Right to Delete – Users can delete their backups at any time from Google Drive.

Since the App does not collect or store data, we do not process data retrieval, correction, or deletion requests. All actions related to backups must be performed by the user via Google Drive.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has shared data through the App, they should remove the backup from Google Drive manually.
